Our Programs

All of our programs begin with a free introductory consultation. This is a 25 minute session to go over your fitness background, your wellness goals, any questions you may have about our programs, what you want to get from this personal training experience, and scheduling your first session.

Our programs are broken into two elements: program duration and track. All programs and tracks are offered in both in-home and virtual settings. Our tracks are used to better organize your goals and provide you with a more tailored experience. However, no track is going to be the same for every person as our trainers will assess your needs during each session in order to develop a plan that will yield the best results.

Outlined below are the available tracks as well as the plan durations. We look forward to starting your wellness goals with you!

Tracks

  • Introduction Track

    For those who are new to working out and don’t know exactly where to start. We work with you to set goals and get you on track to meet them.

  • Endurance Track

    A cardio based plan to improve your cardiovascular and respiratory health. Best suited for client’s looking to lose weight and/or improve endurance.

  • Strength Track

    A plan that primarily focuses on strength training to build and tone muscle, increase stability, and improve neuro-muscular connections.

  • BetterWellness Track

    A hybrid plan that incorporates elements from other tracks to provide you with a well rounded approach to improving overall health, balance, and strength.

  • Mobility Track

    A plan that focuses on flexibility and mobility. Provides a structured approch for clients looking to reduce stiffness and pain improve overall balance and stability.

  • Recovery Track

    A track best suited for clients that have previously been treated for an injury and are looking for a plan to ensure proper recovery in a structured environment.


Individual Sessions

  • Individual - 30 min

    $45.00

    This is one 30-minute session.

  • Individual - 1 hr

    $80.00

    This is one 1-hour session.

  • Individual - 1 hr 30 min

    $100.00

    This is one 1.5-hour session.

Monthly Plans

  • Monthly - 1 hr / week

    $240.00

    This plan includes four 1-hour sessions per month.

  • Monthly - 2 hr / week

    $480.00

    This plan includes eight 1-hour sessions per month.

  • Monthly - 3 hr / week

    $720.00

    This plan includes twelve 1-hour sessions per month.

Yearly Plans (Offered Only in January 2022)

  • Yearly - 45 sessions / year

    $2,000.00

    This plan includes forty five 1-hour sessions per year.

  • Yearly - 90 sessions / year

    $4,500.00

    This plan includes ninety 1-hour sessions per year.

  • Yearly - 135 sessions / year

    $6,800.00

    This plan includes one hundred thirty-five 1-hour sessions per year.
